Who We Are

The state office coordinates the conferences and activities of our chapters all over Washington State. We also work with our amazing elected student leadership team to coordinate and host the State Business Leadership Conference, as well as 9 other regional conferences. We also act as advocates for our student members, engaging in legislative programs, fund raising, and planning to ensure that all 4,000+ of our members have the best opportunities to learn leadership and career skills, all with a background of community service.

Volunteers are an invaluable resource for this organization as they allow us to accomplish many of our goals and initiatives. Currently we are seeking volunteers for out State Conference, being held this year in Spokane, April 15-17. Reach out to our office if you are interested in volunteering.

What We Do

The mission of Washington FBLA is to educate and network next generation entrepreneurs and business leaders in Washington State. We focus on bridging the gap between business and education through innovative leadership and career development opportunities.

We build programs that focus on teaching 21st Century leadership skills for our youth in middle schools, high schools, and colleges (Phi Beta Lambda). The primary things we work toward is to give students the opportunity to participate in competitive events, community service projects, and leadership development opportunities that build their skills in very real and practical ways, and allow them to network with some of the best business people and entrepreneurs in our region.
