Volunteer: Spring Garden Clean Up

The weather is warming up and it's time to prep the garden for planting! Our high school interns have begun the work and we need your help to make it perfect for our baby plants! We need support planting, installing drip irrigation, weeding, resetting our compost pile, organizing storage spaces, and much more! Whether you can stay for an hour or four, we'd love to see you and share space in preparing our garden for another successful harvest season!

Boys & Girls Clubs of Spokane County is seeking volunteer photographers to help capture the energy, impact, and joy happening in our Clubs and at special events. Photos will be used in social media, newsletters, annual reports, and donor communications to help tell the story of the youth we serve and the impact of our programs. Volunteer photographers may assist with capturing moments at Club activities, youth programs, community events, and our annual fundraising events. Responsibilities: • Take candid photos of youth activities, programs, and events • Capture images that highlight youth engagement, learning, and fun • Provide a small selection of edited photos after each volunteer shift Ideal Volunteers: • Have photography experience (professional or hobbyist welcome) • Are comfortable taking candid photos in active environments • Can provide their own camera equipment • Care about supporting youth in our community Time Commitment: Flexible. Opportunities may include occasional events or scheduled program visits throughout the year. Your photos help us share powerful stories with donors, families, and the Spokane community so we can continue opening doors for local youth. Must be 18+
