Who We Are
What We Do
Flaherty House is a transitional living facility where young men ages 18 to 21 build self-sufficiency as they prepare to live on their own. The home, established in 2001, has three furnished bedrooms (two shared rooms and one single) and three bathrooms as well as shared kitchen, living and laundry facilities. Flaherty House offers comprehensive case management and 24-hour staff supervision. Flaherty House works to prevent homelessness, crime and addiction by providing a safe, supportive and nurturing home for young men who are homeless or in transition to living independently, low-income and seeking stability and progression in school, employment or treatment services or unable to live with family.
