What We Do

SCRAPS is a progressive municipal animal care and protection agency. SCRAPS meets the animal control, protection, and care needs of residents and the community. We have deputized animal protection officers extensively trained to enforce animal laws, investigate animal cruelty complaints, and respond to emergency situations. We are also active in educational and community outreach programs. SCRAPS is dedicated to its continued investment in innovative behavioral programs.
