Catholic Charities CAPA (Child and Parenting Assistance)

CAPA is a free and voluntary program that provides confidential supportive services to parents regardless of their race, religion, or income. CAPA serves parents with children 0-5 years of age no matter what challenges they may be facing. newborn through the child’s 5th birthday.

CAPA provides parents in the Spokane area supportive services at no cost to them.  We recognize that parenting is one of the most important things you will do in your life, and we want to provide parents an opportunity to be the best parent they can be.
