Volunteers at St. Margaret's can contribute in a number of ways: St Margaret's Shelter. We regularly need support with childcare on Weds and Thurs evenings as mothers in the shelter gather for meetings. We rely on volunteers to start a after-school or summer programs for kids, from infants to teens, in any area you feel passionately about. Share your love of writing, photography, music, art, you name it! We always need hands to assist women and children moving out to new housing. We would love your help at the Vinegar Flats Community Garden, or you can help to sell produce from our garden at the Farmer's Market in the spring. Our Community Warehouse needs volunteer help to move items for families transitioning in or out of the shelter.
